DESCRIPTION: The decimated old building in the East End of Freetown has now been transformed into a makeshift video centre at which to watch English football matches. This section of Freetown experienced some of the heaviest fighting during the invasion of rebel (RUF) and dissident military forces (AFRC) in January 1999.
