DESCRIPTION: Construction workers piece together the shimmering roof panels of the Special Court's courthouse building. In contrast to this scene, many of the Sierra Leoneans whose homes overlook the court precinct have been unable to afford corrugated iron sheets to put roofs on their makeshift houses in advance of this year's rainy season.
